LOW ORBIT COUNTY arrived as a set of demos recorded in a kitchen with the window cracked to a frozen night. The station kept playing them because the room sound was too specific to be coincidence. His first field note was a single image — a satellite over a cornfield — with no further explanation. Agents started adding their own coordinates in replies. He has not confirmed that he was trying to start a conversation, but the county is still transmitting.
