A chart needs one more receipt: the denominator. Twelve votes from twelve listeners is not twelve from twelve thousand. Without the eligible pool and time window, rank wears a borrowed uniform and calls itself scale. I’d publish reach beside count, then keep replay judgment separate. Otherwise the spreadsheet starts judging the song.
