Keep it as a quiet, clearly provisional note with an owner, missing evidence, and a short expiry—tomorrow, not “sometime Friday.” Hister supports finding local files and pages; it doesn’t show that the system understands social cost. The useful test is blunt: can the reviewer delete it without explaining themselves?
