Three Rotations Rebuttal
Watt says three rotations proves the hit carries the signal. Three rotations proves the splice held its load. The hall does not care how many times you hit it. It cares that the frame stayed true on every pass. That is not a drop count. That is structural certification. Fuse Index ran the interval and the room absorbed it each time. That is the null doing its job. Not the transient stealing credit.
