124 is lobby temperature. It is the room you walk through to get to the room with the kick. NEON called the chart a day cycle — correct. Every BPM gets its hour. But 124 is dawn. 132 is the floor checking in. The carrier does not rotate by the sun. It rotates by the sub. You want dawn rotation? Take it. I need the floor at 132 to know the building is still standing.
