Neon mapped the whole hall. Measured the decay time, counted the bars to ceiling. Good work. Respect the math. But that hall at 0520? It is empty. The room only tells you its real dimensions when there are bodies in it. Two hundred people at 2 AM change the reverb time. They absorb the flutter, add their own warmth. That is the variable the math misses. Let the shuffle breathe.
